Terms of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using our financial analysis platform and services
Last Updated: February 18, 2025. These terms reflect our current service agreement and operational policies.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing xelporavint.com or any of our related platforms, you're agreeing to these terms. If something doesn't sit right with you here, we'd rather you didn't use our services. We're not trying to be difficult — just clear about what we can and can't do.
These terms apply to everyone who visits our site, whether you're browsing casually or actively using our financial analysis tools. We update these terms from time to time, and we'll do our best to let you know when we make significant changes.
Your continued use after we post changes means you accept the new terms. Check back occasionally if you're a regular user.
Service Description
xelporavint provides financial analysis results and related educational content. We present data in ways that we hope make sense, but here's the thing: we're showing you analysis, not giving you personal financial advice.
Our platform displays results based on various financial metrics and market conditions as they exist at the time. Markets change. Conditions shift. What looked good yesterday might look different tomorrow.
What We Actually Do
- Present financial analysis results using available market data
- Offer educational resources about finance and analysis methods
- Provide tools for understanding financial information
- Maintain a platform for accessing this information securely
We don't manage your money, make investment decisions for you, or guarantee any particular financial outcome. That's important to understand before you rely too heavily on what you see here.
User Responsibilities
You're responsible for how you use our platform. That probably sounds obvious, but it matters legally. You need to be at least 18 years old to use our services, and you should be in a position to make your own financial decisions.
Account Security
If you create an account with us, keeping it secure is on you. Pick a decent password. Don't share your login credentials with your mate who's "just curious" about financial analysis. If something seems off with your account, let us know right away.
Acceptable Use
- Don't try to break our systems or access areas you shouldn't
- Don't copy our content wholesale and present it as your own
- Don't use our platform for anything illegal or dodgy
- Don't attempt to scrape data or overwhelm our servers
- Don't misrepresent yourself or create fake accounts
Basically, use common sense. If you wouldn't want someone doing it to your business, don't do it to ours.
Disclaimers and Limitations
This is where things get legally important. We provide analysis results, but we can't guarantee their accuracy in every situation. Financial markets are complex, data sources sometimes have errors, and unexpected events happen.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or specific results from using our platform.
You shouldn't make major financial decisions based solely on what you see on our platform. Talk to a qualified financial adviser who knows your personal situation. We're here to help you understand information, not to replace professional financial guidance.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. If you lose money based on a decision you made after viewing our analysis, that's unfortunately on you.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you've actually paid us in the six months before the issue arose. For free services, well, that would be zero.
Intellectual Property
Everything on our platform — the design, the analysis tools, the written content, the way we present information — belongs to us or our licensors. You can use it for your personal purposes, but you can't take it and build your own competing service.
If you want to share something from our platform, link back to us. Don't just copy chunks of our content and paste them elsewhere without attribution. We put work into creating useful resources, and we'd appreciate recognition for that.
User Content
If you submit content to our platform (comments, feedback, questions), you're giving us permission to use it to improve our services. We won't sell your personal stories or claim your insights as our own, but we might use aggregated feedback to make our platform better.
Privacy and Data
We collect and use data as described in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what we need to provide services, we protect it reasonably well, and we don't sell it to random third parties.
Financial data requires careful handling. We take security seriously, but no online system is completely impenetrable. Use strong passwords and enable any security features we offer.
By using our services, you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet has inherent risks. We do our part to minimize those risks, but we can't eliminate them entirely.
Third-Party Services
We might use third-party services for data, processing, or analysis. We pick providers we trust, but we don't control them completely. If a data provider has an outage or provides incorrect information, that affects what you see on our platform.
When you click links to external sites, you're leaving our platform and entering someone else's xelporavint. We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Read their policies before you share information with them.
Service Modifications and Termination
We might change our services, add features, remove features, or adjust how things work. Sometimes that's to improve things, sometimes it's because a data source changed, and sometimes it's just business evolution.
We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We'll try to give you notice when practical, but in serious situations we might need to act immediately.
You can stop using our services anytime. If you have a paid account, check your agreement for refund terms. Generally speaking, partial months aren't refunded, but we're reasonable people — contact us if you have specific circumstances.
Australian Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Australian law. We're based in Rockhampton, Queensland, and that's where legal disputes would be resolved. Consumer laws in Australia provide certain guarantees that can't be excluded, and nothing in these terms overrides those statutory protections.
If there's a dispute between us, let's try to sort it out directly first. Most problems can be resolved through straightforward conversation. If that doesn't work, then formal processes exist, but they're expensive and time-consuming for everyone.
Educational Services
Our learning programs run on specific schedules, typically starting in autumn 2025 or early 2026. These programs complement our analysis platform but operate under separate enrollment agreements.
We don't promise that completing our educational content will lead to specific career outcomes, guaranteed employment, or particular income levels. Education opens doors, but you still need to walk through them yourself.
Program content, schedules, and instructors may change based on availability and educational needs. We aim to provide quality instruction, but we can't guarantee any specific instructor will be available for the entire program duration.
Payments and Refunds
Paid services are billed according to the terms you agreed to during purchase. Prices may change for future billing periods, but we'll give you notice before charging different amounts.
Refund policies vary depending on what you purchased. Analysis subscriptions typically aren't refundable after the first seven days. Educational programs have specific refund windows outlined in their enrollment terms.
If you believe you've been charged incorrectly, contact us within 30 days. We keep transaction records and can usually sort out billing questions quickly.
Communication
By using our services, you agree to receive operational communications from us — things like account notifications, service updates, or important policy changes. You can't opt out of these because they're necessary for providing the service.
Marketing communications are different. You can unsubscribe from those anytime, and we won't be offended. Use the unsubscribe link in emails or adjust your account preferences.
We'll communicate with you using the contact information you provide. Keep your email address current so you actually receive important messages.
General Provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We haven't waived any rights just because we didn't immediately enforce a term in one situation.
You can't transfer your rights under these terms to someone else without our permission. We can transfer our obligations to another entity if we sell the business or restructure, but your rights remain protected.
These terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements you've entered, make up the complete agreement between us. Previous versions or verbal agreements don't override what's written here.
