Make Sense of Financial Data That Actually Matters

We dig into your numbers and show you what's working, what isn't, and where your opportunities hide. Started in Rockhampton back in 2019, we've spent years turning spreadsheets into straightforward business insights for Australian companies.

How Our Analysis Journey Started

We didn't wake up one morning with all the answers. Building this took trial, error, and plenty of late nights figuring out what businesses really need from their financial data.

1

Started Small in 2019

Launched with just me and a decent laptop. The goal was simple — help local businesses understand their cash flow without needing a finance degree. First client was a café owner who couldn't figure out why busy months weren't translating to profit.

2

Built Our Teaching Framework in 2021

After working with about forty businesses, patterns emerged. People needed to learn how to read their own data, not just get monthly reports. So we started running small workshops, teaching analysis basics that stick.

3

Expanded Throughout Queensland in 2023

Word travels. We started getting calls from Brisbane, Toowoomba, even Cairns. Hired two more analysts and started offering remote sessions. Turns out financial confusion isn't geography-specific.

4

Looking Ahead to 2026

Planning our first comprehensive program launch for August 2026. Six-month format, hands-on approach. We're combining everything we've learned about teaching financial analysis to people who'd rather be running their businesses than staring at numbers.

Who's Teaching This Stuff

Meet the people who'll walk you through financial analysis. Both have backgrounds in accounting but prefer explaining things in plain English over throwing jargon around.

  • Small groups, usually six to eight participants
  • Practical exercises using real business scenarios
  • Email support between sessions when questions pop up

Why Rockhampton Started This

Regional businesses face unique challenges. Banks are further away, accountants cost more, and generic advice from Sydney doesn't always translate. We built this because Central Queensland needed financial education that made sense for our context.

Operating costs here differ from capital cities. Seasonal patterns vary. Customer bases work differently. Our teaching reflects those realities instead of pretending every business operates in a metropolitan bubble.
